You’re in luck — leasing is one of our specialties. Krista, certified by ICSC, is the only Certified Retail Real Estate Professional in Montana, bringing exceptional expertise to every transaction. She represents both landlords and tenants in the commercial market, guiding clients through leasing strategy, negotiation, and execution with professionalism and local insight.

    Krista Shaffer is the only person to hold both the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional and Certified Shopping Center Manager designations in the state of Montana.

    Krista is a graduate of The John T. Riordan School for Real Estate Professionals (Management I, Management II, Leasing I, Leasing II). She earned her Certified Shopping Center Manager designation in 2016 and her Certified Retail Real Estate Professional designation in 2019.

  • We stay in the loop - from being involved at the local Great Falls Assocation of REALTORS® , Montana Association of REALTORS®, and the Montana Regional MLS - we are always up to speed on all things Montana real estate related.

    We know the full life cycle of the leasing process, including maintenance and insurance administration, investor and tenant relations, budgeting, CAM estimates, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration. Krista had a prior management portfolio of over 800,000 square feet of commercial, medical, retail, industrial, and shopping centers making her well versed in all areas of real estate.
